This moving play, by one of Israel’s foremost playwrights, tells the story of a young ultra-orthodox couple from Jerusalem, who marry and then separate a short time after the marriage. Zvi abandons religion, and now lives a secular life as a famous author. After twenty years have passed, Zvi and Hannah meet again to try to mend the impossible tear between them created by time, love, faith, religion, and God.
